Please be advised that the Beach Colony East Building will undergo a Fall Floor Paint Project beginning September 29, 2025, with work expected to be completed by October 4, 2025. During this time, guests may notice construction crews and minor disruptions in the area.

Beach Colony East #6D, located in Perdido Key, FL, is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo that sleeps up to eight guests comfortably. Located on the sixth floor and the west end, this condo offers a private balcony with some captivating Gulf views. You'll also receive access to some great resort amenities to further enhance your stay.

Once you step inside you will realize what makes this space such a great location. The comfortable living room offers a great place to gather around a large Smart TV, which is the perfect place to satisfy your streaming needs. There are two different dining tables, both which have seating for four. The well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy and is a space that the chef in your group will love. When it is time to turn in for the night each of the three bedrooms offers a space for rest and relaxation.
