Step into the bright and spacious living area, where large windows offer breathtaking views of the emerald green waters and sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. The open floor plan features a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV, vibrant decor, and plenty of natural light.

The dining area is perfect for large family meals, seating up to 12, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The modern kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, an island, and stainless-steel appliances, making it ideal for preparing meals together.

Upstairs, the luxurious master suite offers a king-sized bed positioned to maximize the stunning Gulf views, with balcony access and a flat-screen TV. The spa-like master bathroom features a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a sleek double vanity. Another guest room on this level has 1 king bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony with views of Little Sabine Bay, and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom offers 2 queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony that also overlooks the bay.
