Very nice accommodations

The apartment was close to everything and just a short walk to restaurants. Very clean property and definitely recommend staying here.

Relaxing Stay!

Enjoyed our stay in this newly remodeled and very cute place. We were in the area for a long weekend and enjoyed being near to everything in Penn Yan and Keuka Lake! Will visit again!

Penn Yan Visit

Clean and quite, with central access to major Finger Lakes attractions. Very close reserved parking and short walking distance to several good restaurants. Next to rail trail if you are into walking/running.

Excellent!

My husband and I had a little romantic weekend! It is perfectly positioned right along the Keuka Outlet. Walking distance to very cute restaurants and lounges! It was super clean! We had a great stay! The host was wonderful! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great Apartment

We needed lodging for my husband, our two your adult children and myself while in the area. This apartment was perfect. The location is so convenient to historical sites, Corning Museum of Glass and wineries. There is plenty of room in the apartment for four adults. Several restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment when staying in the area.

Great Location

We rented this apartment to attend a class reunion. We were pleasantly surprised with all that it has to offer. You cannot beat the location of this property. It is right on the Keuka Outlet Trail but still very private, almost hidden. It is located below a business but was extremely quiet and secure. Off street parking is provided. We enjoyed walking to breakfast and to all that Penn Yan has to offer from this location. The accommodations were clean and tastefully decorated, but we agreed the bed was one of the best features, so comfortable. Everything you could need is provided.

Hidden gem

This apartment is tucked away in a small corner of Penn Yan NY. You could walk right by and never know it was there. Very spacious and plenty of space inside as compared to what you see from outside. Host was very helpful and kept us updated with our stay and was available for any questions. Nice and clean inside with everything you need. Area is beautiful and lots to do and see. You can literally walk across a small bridge and get to shops and restaurants within a few blocks. A short drive takes you to some of the finger lakes nearby that are amazing. We would recommend visiting and staying in this place.

Loved the location! Our goal was to be 'downtown' and this was perfect! Quiet and almost secluded feel, but literally just a minute from stores/restaurants. The bed and bedding were so comfortable! Bathroom, kitchen, closets had all our needs. The posting says it has two fold out couches, this is not correct, there is one. The 2nd couch doesnt unfold, but could be from not updating post, as the couches were in great condition and possibly brand new. Really enjoyed our stay and would return! Communication from vrbo says to contact through them with Evolve. I dont recommend that, as that was tried with zero response. Thankfully I had previously received a text from Cynthia, and when I contacted her, she respnded back in seconds!

Great for downtown and still have private getaway.

Loved how close it was to all the things downtown. Literally a 3 minute walk for coffee, dinner, etc. I enjoyed how secretive the location was. There is a trail that runs beside it and got to observe everyone riding bikes, fishing, and doing their thing. The bridge right next to it lights up and is beautiful at night! The place is a very cute hideaway and is pretty quiet.The bed was fantastic and got a great night sleep in it. Night one we tried the couches in the living room, as that's where the only TV is. One couch pulls down, the other does not, so felt advertisement on the '2 double sofa beds' is misleading. The place had everything we needed otherwise, plus some! It posts that there is no AC but we were very grateful that is wrong and there was one hooked up. It was unseasonably hott during our stay, so super appreciated that!I had some issues with the door lock a couple times (getting in). I do not recommend contacting through vrbo as vrbo recommends, there is zero response. Thankful the owner personally messaged us so we had a back up to resolve the issue, which she was extremely/instantly quick to respond on. I would definitely stay again! It was perfect for our friends weekend out!

A Quick Get Away

We enjoyed staying at this location because it was within walking distance of restaurants/shops in downtown Penn Yan. The views of the mills and canal were very nice. The property was newly remodeled, spacious, quiet, and overall very nice. The owners provided lots of suggestions for things to do in the area. We would stay here again.

Getaway weekend

The apartment was nice! Superb location close to all restaurants. Apartment was quiet even though you are right in the center of Penn Yan. Loved the proximity to the outlet trail. Perfect getaway. Would recommend

Beautifully decorated and comfortable condo.

We really enjoyed our stay in Penn Yan, the location of the place was perfect! The condo was so cute and comfortable and the owner had everything there that we could possibly need. I loved that she called me a few days before our arrival to say hello and to tell me about the location and gave great dining and activity recommendations. If you’re looking to stay in this location I highly recommend this place.

Cozy Space!

This space was great! The owner has a great eye for decor while still making it feel like home to out-of-towners. We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed exploring the main street the apartment is on and the hiking trail nearby. Highly recommend staying here if you'll be visiting the area!

Wonderful stay!

I stayed here when the owner was getting it ready for the public. What a wonderful little place to stay. It's very close to Penn Yan's growing night life and just a short drive to any winery you could want. I would definitely recommend staying here.
