The property is beautiful. You have to take a bus to a private beach but that beach is well worth the short bus ride. Pools are gorgeous with plenty of seating. We went in the fall so it was very quiet and nice time of year to be there as long as you can avoid the tropical storms.

The Beach Club, the pool and the front desk staff were Excellent! The bathroom was not up to American standards,-no exhaust fan, the magnifying mirror hinges were coming off the walls, the sink stopper had to be worked on while i was staying there- and the cleaning staff failed to make up our room 2 times (in 6 days). Otherwise I would definitely recommend it!

Customer service was exceptional!!! I would like to give special attention to the doormen and the Bermudian woman at the concierge desk, I wish I knew her name!!! Her personalized greeting each day made us feel special.
