On the ground floor you will find the modern living/dining room as well as a guest toilet. The flat has a new, modern and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the modern and luxuriously equipped bathroom with a free-standing bathtub, a large shower, an additional toilet room. The bedroom with a large round bed. There is enough space for 2 persons on 90 m². If necessary, we can also provide a cot / child's cot. The flat is furnished in a modern and elegant style with great attention to detail. The flat is also particularly suitable as a wedding flat. The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating.
