I asked for late check out of only 30 min and front desk lady lied about it how she has someone coming in early at that room . But other lady offered us to stay till 1 pm for $25 in same room . So very bad customer service I will never stay here again

The staff was very friendly, bed extremely comfortable, shower was warm with great pressure, a nice breakfast selection, extremely clean spacious room, excellent location to both the Pella shopping district and Lake Red Rock. We visit the area at least once per year and will definitely stay here again!

Big room, and it was very clean. The only thing i didn't like were the pillows. I'm not a fan of those big pillows. However, the bed was comfortable. I like having a fridge and microwave.
