La Bonita de Pego is a fully equipped traditional village house located in the heart of Pego, just a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Oliva and Dénia. With 250 m² spread over several levels, the house accommodates 4 adults and features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a private kitchen with coffee maker, and a cozy living area. High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, Smart TV, washing machine, and a workspace are provided.



Enjoy pleasant outdoor spaces including a private garden, covered terrace, balcony, interior patios, and a solarium—perfect for year-round relaxation. Bed linen and towels are included.



One pet is allowed on request. Events are not permitted, and the property is adults-only. Only 10 minutes from the crystal-clear waters and white sands of Oliva-Denia Beach. Dénia is 20 km away, offering a direct ferry to Ibiza. Valencia is 50 minutes and Alicante 1 hour by car.



The central location lets you easily walk to restaurants, cafés, and shops. Oliva Nova’s golf course and equestrian center are just 10 minutes away. A shopping mall with cinemas, cafés, and top brands is 15 minutes away. The area is ideal for cycling and hiking, and there’s space to store bicycles.
