This charming 4-bedroom residence is situated in a central area, within walking distance to the main Coral Bay Strip. Villa Arsinoe is located in a privileged position, only 5 minutes walking from number of shops and restaurants and only 10 minutes’ walk away from the beach.

The property is built in two levels and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The ground floor features a large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area, with patio doors and windows which offer plenty of sunlight and direct access to the pool terrace and outside area. A twin bedroom is also sited on the ground floor, along with an en-suite bathroom.

The first floor includes two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en- suite shower room. All rooms upstairs benefit access to good size balconies two overlooking the swimming pool area.

Outside, the property has an inviting swimming pool (depth 1m-1.65m) to enjoy the sunny days. The private swimming pool and patio area are fully equipped with comfortable sunbeds, dining table and barbeque area, perfect for an alfresco dining with friends and family.

We stayed here in July 2025 with a family group. The villa was very well equipped and the bed mattresses were excellent quality. It is the cleanest villa that we have ever stayed in and the location was great. We have to give very special thanks to the owner, Lambros, who went out of his way to locate and return a treasured family toy belonging to our Grandaughter, it has immense sentimental value. We did not notice it was missing until we were en route to the airport and could not turn back, we messaged him to ask if he could ask the cleaners to look for the toy but although it was evening he went to the villa himself, found the toy and then posted it over to England for us. We had a small issue with the aircon when we stayed but Lambros came out to the villa within 30mins of our message and fixed the problem immediately. This is an owner who truly cares about his guests and his property, we highly recommend this villa to all.

Fabulous villa

We’ve stayed in villas for the last 10 years in various countries. This by far was our favourite! Area and villa! The villa is finished to a high standard and has everything you need. There is a fabulous bar called legends bar within a 2 min walk and we spent alot of time there . The strip is a 15 min walk to more restaurants and bars. The beach is a 5 mins walk and they do really good water sports and scuba . The management company answer any questions straight away and deal with any problems. During an our second week we were broken into to. The police came within 20 mins and the owner came immediately and sorted the he lock etc . We cannot complain and it was just very unlucky. But it wouldn’t put us off booking and coming back. We loved this holiday even despite this happening.

Villa Arsinoe - fantastic stay

Amazing villa - fab location short walk to Corallia beach, few bars and small supermarket, 2 min drive to Phillipos supermarket and bakery etc, same to Coral Bay village. The Villa is finished to a high spec, and was really clean, each bedroom has en suite, super comfy beds with extra duvets and pillows, there’s lots of storage, washing machine on terrace, fab kitchen diner lounge set up and the pool and outdoor terrace area is lovely, a selection of inflatables and pool toys, outdoor shower is great, barbeque and table tennis tucked along the side of the villa are handy too. We were a large family group mix of ages from 6 up and everyone loved it - the villa was perfect for us. Lovely sitting on the terrace for breakfast and watching the sunset over the sea in the evening. Access to Coral Bay ‘high street’ was closed while we were there while they remodel the road - hopefully opening for season - but restaurants are open and accessible from back entrances - its a bit of a mess but OK once you know how to get to them! Would definitely recommend Villa Arsinoe - it’s a beautiful villa in a great spot.
