The beautiful and well-kept holiday villa Casa Golf is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons and is located on the well-known golf course of La Sella between Pedreguer and Denia. The charming house offers a dream view of the golf course and the surrounding mountains. The holiday house consists of 2 floors that are connected by an internal staircase, but are also accessible via a separate entrance. The upper main floor consists of a spacious living room/dining room and an open plan kitchen with all modern appliances. There is also a cozy en-suite bedroom with adjoining bathroom and toilet. In front of the living room is the covered terrace with a wonderful view. It is a pleasure to watch golfers there for hours and enjoy the surrounding nature. On the lower floor there is another bedroom, and behind it, through a door, a separate apartment with bedroom and bathroom, which can also be accessed from the outside. Behind is the utility room with washer and dryer. This holiday villa is cozy, modern and equipped with all comforts. The well-kept outdoor area can be used all year round. A private pool and the perfectly equipped summer kitchen invite you to summer life in the open air. There is a dining table for 6 people and various seats. An ideal holiday home for all families and friends seeking relaxation. Small dogs are permitted, but only with previos asking.

une vue magnifique au calme
une piscine très bien entretenue, une maison avec 3 grandes chambre et une petite cuisine. bon aménagement iextérieur avec cuisine d'été et barbecue. pensez à préciser muntanya de la sella en ville et non pedreguer sinon vous n'arrivez pas au bon endroit.

Creepy holiday under surveillance
During our visit in July 2023 the facilites were great and everything was as expected until we realized we were under surveillance by the Quality Rent a Villa (QRV) company. We travelled together with some friends that lived in a flat two minutes walk from our house, and they came for dinner in our villa, few hours later I received an e-mail where QRV reminded us about how many people we had signed contract for, and that the neighbor house had advised the landlord (QRV) we were 7-8 people in the house. We realized the cameras (Campark SC04 4MP) around the house were active and monitored all our movements and voice outside the building. This was really creepy as you do not know who has access, and most of the time in July month you spend time in the balcony and in the pool area in light clothing. At night the cameras illuminated with a blue LED-light (indicating recording) and red IR-diodes (giving the camera night vision) as soon as we were moving at the balcony or around the pool. According to Spanish law (Spanish Agency for Data Protection) visible stickers shall be stating that the property is under surveillance, among many other regulations. Nothing was informed in the advertisment of the property, nor at the property. To be monitored for a full week felt very intrusive and not OK at all, but luckily we could spend much of our time in our friends facilities to get away from the cameras. If you are looking for privacy, stay away from this property.
