Just a few minutes walk from the mini market, pharmacy, tennis courts and the highly recommended family run Giramondos bar / restaurant.
The villa sits in large fully enclosed garden, with larger than average swimming pool being 4 m x 10 m surrounded by a large terrace and well cared for garden. There is a casita by the pool with wc and showering facilities. Sun loungers are provided, as are the parasosl and the lovely day bed in the corner of the terrace is an ideal place to relax.
The villa is on one level as is much of the garden although there are steps leading down to the pool area. The garden is very spacious and plenty of room to enjoy a little peace away from the pool area, if you so wish.
On entering the villa you will find the naya (covered terrace) with a modern, quality dining table and chairs for 6 people, over looking the swimming pool and terrace. The owners have added subtle lighting to the naya to create a lovely atmosphere when dining in the evenings. There are also wall lights, for your safety when returning home late at night.
Walking through the patio doors you enter the open plan kitchen / diner and living room with air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The washing machine is in the family bathroom. The kitchen is modern and further storage has been added with open shelving for the extensive glasses and crockery provided. The living room off the dining area is light, spacious, modern and very stylish with large comfortable sofas and flat screen TV. An amazon firestick has been provided so guests can see TV in their chosen language. if you have a Netflix account you can also watch your favourite TV. There are patio doors leading from the living room onto a lovely terrace with beautiful palm tree and bougainvillea. Here you will find a sofa, chairs and coffee table complete with parasol. A lovely area for an evening drink before dining or a quiet place away from the pool to enjoy your book. Whatever you chose to use this area for it is a lovely area.
From the living room you take a couple of steps down to one of the three spacious bedrooms in this lovely villa. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and has twin beds which are prepared as a super king size bed.The bedroom benefits from the all important air conditioning for a good nights sleep. There is ample storage space and this bedroom over looks the pool area.
The ensuite to this bedroom has vanity unit, wc, bath with over head shower, it is modern, light and spacious.
At the other side of the villa off the kitchen / dining area there is a small hall with a further two spacious bedrooms, both have air conditioning installed. To the right is a spacious double room over looking the rear garden. There are built in wardrobes, so ample storage. This bedroom benefits from an en suite shower room with vanity unit, wc, bidet and shower cubicle. Again it is modern and light.
The third bedroom is across the hall and again is spacious with air con and over looks the pool area. This room has new twin beds and ample storage complete again with the all important air conditioning. There is a family shower room between these bedrooms with large vanity for storage, wc, bidet, shows cubicle and here you will find the all important washing machine.
All the windows in the villa have rejas (traditional metal railing) adding extra security if you like open windows for air flow, most has fly screens too.The villa also benefits from the all important wifi (30mb).
The villa is perfectly maintained and cleaned to the covid regulations. Quality linen & towels are provided and is laundered professionally so clean and crisp. Pool towels are also provided in this villa.
