Sophia was incredibly patient and helpful-above and beyond, even. Front desk staff were friendly, helpful, responsive, and attentive. My partner was on crutches and slipped in the lobby right after check-in, which was unfortunate, and the team did double-duty to ensure that there were wet floor signs in place as needed. I would recommend this property to anyone - and can't wait to return myself!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Anything we needed help with, they accommodated us. I told them my wife was celebrating her birthday and they really made it extra special for her by giving her a birthday cake and singing to her. This was our first time visiting Barbados and we had a great time. Would definitely return again and stay at the Hilton Barbados.

Beautiful location at the beach. This is a huge Hilton, surrounded by beach. My room had a beautiful bay view and a balcony. Food was good but very expensive. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice pool and pool bar/restaurant. Best location to stay in Barbados.

Rooms are dated and need thorough cleaning, carpet smelled so bad, shower had soap scum and mold. The bathroom is falling apart, towel railings loose. Carpet in the hallways is filthy. Staff are very friendly and location of hotel is nice and central. Views from the room were beautiful.
