Beautiful ocean view

This penthouse was very spacious and equipped with everything you need to have a very nice and peaceful vacation. We enjoyed the property, the views and the neighborhood. It was convenient to everything in Pawley’s Island.

Best spot on the Grand Strand

This place is magical! The views are unequalled, and include both ocean and creek. The spacious gathering areas are both comfortable and stylish. We loved it!!!!

Great layout and size of condo. Also very nice decks. Only feedback is that the upholstered furniture is worn - needs to be re-covered and there are stains on the rug in the primary bedroom.

Great location--perfect views

This was a great experience overall. The condo is very spacious and has a fantastic view of the ocean and beach. The many decks allowed us to sit outside much of the time and relax. Access to the beach was easy. We would definitely book again.

Best trip ever

This home was exactly as it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of room for us to move around without feeling cramped, and the beachfront location was top notch. We would 100% come back to this home.

Well apportioned kitchen, lovey space. The only negative is the cook top is very difficult to keep clean! Highly recommend. Very comfortable and spacious, decks are wonderful. We've been coming to Litchfield for a long time, renting several condos and houses, this, by far has been our favorite!!

The location of Penthouse on the Point is fantastic-right on the beach with a beautiful view.Being able to step outside and enjoy the ocean was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the condo itself felt very dated. The rugs and furnishings appeared quite old and somewhat dirty, which made the space feel less clean and comfortable than we expected. The mattresses were also very uncomfortable to sleep on, and there were no mattress pads, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest. To make matters worse, we found a cockroach in the bedroom, which was extremely unpleasant and concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. With some updates, better attention to the condition of the furnishings and bedding, and improved pest control, this condo could be a great place to stay given its excellent beachfront location.

Beach, deck, beach, deck, beach!

The deck was fabulous. Place has plenty of room for the whole family. We had no issues at all during our stay. Place had everything you need during vacation. Conveniently located. Also must try the burger place on the corner of 17. The deck was amazing!! That is where I spend most of my time on vacation. A few days it rained, but could still sit on the deck in the covered section. Highly recommend.

We love Penthouse on the Point, especially the gorgeous decks and location. Also really liked the convenience of the keyless entry code. However, would you please replace all of the shower liners, because they are moldy, stained and gross!? And one of the liners is way too long for the shower, so you end up standing on the hem, which is also gross! Thank you for (3) new, clean shower liners that are the correct size!

Oustanding Beach Vacation

Wow. What a total package experience. Thank you Peace Vacations!! The corresponce and costomer service was perfect. Digital check-in and electronic key codes on the day of arrival confirmed that this outfit is top notch. Then the unit. Better than expected. Everything was clean. Expansive beach and ocean views. Multiple decks and porches. A hammock that never seemed to be empty because it was such a popular spot day and night. Vaulted ceilings and skylights made an already spacious unit seem even bigger. Plenty of seating for everyone to spread out and take naps or read books. Well stocked kitchen that made cooking dinners easy. I could go on, but the bottom line is that my entire family almost refused to leave because it was such an outstanding beach vacation. Thank you again Peace Vacations. We'll be in touch soon about next summer. Keep doing what you're doing.

Fabulous home in a wonderful beach front vacation.

The property is exquisite and our family enjoyed the home immensely. The vast porches offer incredible views of the ocean and the marsh. It was convenient to many local restaurants although we found ourselves wanting to stay and enjoy the home sitting on the porches in the evening listening to the ocean.
