Wonderful stay in Pawleys

Really enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean and situated on the 9th hole of the golf course. It was very peaceful stay and the beds were super comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are considering this location.

Very nice!

Wonderful place

Nice, quiet location. Beautiful neighborhood, gated community and a view of the golf course. Clean and well maintained home with well appointed kitchen. Really love that it is dog friendly. Had a lovely stay here, best rental we have ever stayed in!

Nice place for a family gathering

The house had good space for a family gathering with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and a large size family room with screened in porch. We all had plenty of room to spread out.

Clean, safe and secluded

Everything you need for a short vacation. Very clean, well equipped and spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We will be back again! Right on golf course with screen porch. Close to everything you need!

Perfect Vacation Rental

This is a beautiful place! Like home away from home. I brought a book to read but with the collections they had I could have left it at home. Plenty of storage and fully equipped for whatever your heart desires. This is a return visit for sure. Next time I will just bring my clothes!!

Beautiful Home

The condo is beautifully done ! Perfect in every way, very quiet, everyone around the area very welcoming and neighbors are fantastic ! The front and back porch beautiful view .. Isabella our fur baby gives it a thumbs up too 💗 We truly appreciate the owner sharing their beautiful place 💗

Good stay, Primary bath, I think was forgotten and not cleaned. The rest of the place was nice and clean. Just an oversight I hope.

Golden Bear Condo

It was a great spot. Enjoyed the unit. It was clean, roomy, had bbque that worked well and good spot for our dog (area is quiet to walk in)... Cooking was fine (get used to electric stove have NG at home). Able to watch the 9th hole green from patio area. Had a couple cool nites furnace worked well (was here 3 weeks). Lots of room 3 bedrooms for larger family or golfers. Bed was comfy. A couple lights were burnt out have marked them for property mgmt cleaning crew. Overall a very nice-ckean unit, good TV, etc. Will plan to return when we are back in this area.

Gorgeous View, Peaceful Surroundings

Pros: Bedroom/Bathroom set up is perfect for families and friends Lots of kitchenware and gadgets for cooking and meal prep Amazing golf course view through the wall of windows Outdoor seating a plus in the screened porch Quiet and tranquil surroundings Close to stores and the south end of Pawleys Beach/parking Games, puzzles, blankets were a lovely addition Beach chairs and water items very helpful More pros than cons with this rental Cons Grill is a little small - maxed out at 4 ribeyes on the grill Not enough space in cupboards for our groceries Only two tvs but I guess if you're on vacation it shouldn't really matter The woods attracted a few pests to the house like water bugs and raccoons - even had a gator sighting in the neighborhood but they're supposedly friendly

Beautiful Condo, Hicghly recommended

The property was lovely and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed without being overcrowded with junk. The owners thought of everything. I gave a 4 star on cleanliness only because there was curdled milk and other food in fridge and there was no garbage can in kitchen. Everthing else was spottless. 4 stars on check-in because the code that we were given didnt work and it took about an hour for maintenence to arrive. After a nine hour trip we were very ready to get in and relax. Communication was very good, they offered to send someone to clean fridge and brought a trash can. The view of the golf course and all the trees and shrubs were beautiful. There were a wonderful variety of books available on the shelves and good lights for reading. We spent much time in the lovely screened in porch. We highly recommend this condo and hope we can return as well.

Our Stay at Live Oaks Retreat

We recently stayed at the Live Oaks Retreat and had a generally positive experience. The home was very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful design and layout, which made our stay quite pleasant. They even had toys for the littles. Additionally, the location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and make our way to the beach! However, there were a few aspects that felt a bit lacking. The provision of only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and a single dishwashing pod felt somewhat insufficient for our needs. It would be great if these essentials could be stocked more generously. Especially considering the overall cost of providing these items is relatively low. A couple of suggestions for improvement: it would be helpful to have clear instructions on where to take the trash upon checkout, and a folder with recommendations for things to do (dining, activities, what the locals do, etc.) in the area would be a nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future with these minor adjustments.

Very Nice Property with a Few Annoyances

Property is well represented on the web site, there were no surprises. Very comfortable, clean, higher ceilings let the space feel spacious, extremely well appointed, and no issues with parking. Larger foyer/hallway works great to allow temporary storage of golf equipment without restricting movement. The annoyances were simple. Each of us either killed or found a dead roach in our bedrooms. It's SC in the summer so we did not over-react and we saw none in the kitchen or general living spaces. Not a huge issue but worth mentioning as pest control might need to visit. The other issue is with the Peace automated communication system. The text providing the check-out instructions came through just after midnight 34 hours before the check-out time. It woke me up, I checked it, then went back to sleep. 7 minutes later the text requesting feedback on my stay came through and woke me up again! Peace, you are great, but for those of us on 24 hr. call with family, please reschedule these texts to some time we are not likely to be sleeping.
