The screened-in patio offers views of the 11th fairway of Pawleys Plantation Golf Course, a Jack Nicholas Signature golf course. The clubhouse offers excellent lunch and dinner options just a quick walk from the condo. First floor unit offers full kitchen, beach chairs, washer/dryer in the unit and a fully equipped coffee nook for a fresh wake up! Key card access to the Condo development’s private pool (please note this amenity is seasonal and there are no lifeguards, children must be attended by an adult). We provide a starter kit for stays that include coffee options, dishwasher tabs, washing machine detergent, dish soap, and basic bathroom toiletries and soaps. This excellent spot offers a relaxed vibe where guests can unwind after a day of exploring, shopping, golfing, and trips to the fantastic beaches on Pawleys Island. We had an enjoyable visit in the area made even better by the awesome accommodations. The condo was very clean, beautifully appointed, nice little touches (coffee nook) to help us feel right at home. I loved having both the front porch and the back screened in patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee or afternoon wine. We will certainly be booking again.
