I booked on 21 to 22 when I got there the owner said he knows nothing about my booking and i still haven't found a number to call hotels.com to get my refund.. so in short i was scammed by either hotels.com

BAD BAD BAD Experience

The below booking did not take place at Rosenhof Country Lodge. At number 99 we had to find alternative accommodation as Alta Steffens, who works at Rosenhof confirmed that they do not deal with your company Expedia/Hotels, in the past a booking was done through Expedia which they never got paid for. This she told me when she phoned to confirm our booking. In a message later she then said, they do not deal with Expedia/Hotels.com at all. I booked and paid, R 900 per night for 2 people. Who’s problem is this now. I am going to social media and on their website to let people know how unprofessional and unhelpful Alta Steffens was, I was told I can stay at Rosenhof if I am willing to pay again. We came all the way from Pretoria for a funeral and she was uncaring and told us to find alternative accommodation. Which we did, for R 450.00 per night for 2 people. – We drove past Rosenhoff and I have to admit their appearance from the outside is not worth R 900.00 per night. worth. WHO’s problem is this now, I lost R 900.00. ? This is not acceptable. Margaret Swiegers 083 489 4530 .
