A golfers dream, with Sky TV (Basic) and DVD Movies for non-golf days, this comfortably appointed Pauanui accommodation is set in parkland about 8km from the centre of Pauanui.
At this Pauanui holiday home, you will find 3 generously sized bedrooms. Located upstairs, all bedrooms are tastefully decorated. Two of the rooms are fitted with queen beds, while the third bedroom includes 2 single beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite in addition to a private balcony for easy indoor/outdoor living.
Downstairs, this Pauanui accommodation has a spacious open plan kitchen, living, and dining area that flows easily onto the patio... On lazy summer evenings, enjoy the al fresco living!
Enjoy the spacious at this gated community, nestled amongst forest covered hills with spectacular wetlands and the prestigious golf course... Even the non-golfers will enjoy the quiet seclusion and privacy here. The Sports Complex is a 5 minute walk from the Villa. Please note, the gym is only for people 16 years or over. The heated pool is unavailable between Anzac weekend and Labour Weekend. Guests cannot walk on the golf course paths unless playing golf due to restrictions by the Lakes Resort.There is a gas bottle available for guest use if they bring their own bbq. No wood or charcoal BBQ's permittedPlease note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.

Family escape to Pawanui
Perfect place for a family getaway to a private retreat with entertainment contained within. Great host who was both informative and friendly. An awesome weekend enjoyed by all the family, would highly recommend to others.
