Single villa located on one floor completely covered in dry stone surrounded by a garden surrounded by centuries-old olive groves. The house is located 700 meters from the sea, 2 km from the characteristic port of S. Gregorio and 7 km from Santa Maria di Leuca. At 5 km we find the magnificent beaches of Pesculuse and the Maldives of Salento. The house is single, single-family, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen / living room, a large covered porch, with a table and chairs in the dining area, and a sofa with armchairs in the relaxation area. Solar pavement on the roof with a panoramic view. The property is entirely enclosed by typical Salento stone walls and independent access is via a driveway with a private gate leading to ample parking spaces. Air conditioners in the sleeping area and living area. Four beds in two rooms with the possibility of a fifth bed on request.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa, die eher ein Landhaus ist, sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt auf einem weitläufigen, ziemlich isolierten Grundstück. Die vollkommene Ruhe kam uns entgegen. Der Vermieter war bei unseren kleinen Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Das Grundstück ist mit einem einfachen PKW gut erreichbar. Nachteilig waren für uns die WCs und die Dusche. Die Aussendusche ist allerdings ein Highlight. Es gibt auch einen großen Nachteil. Es gibt außer der Waschmaschine keine Haushaltsgeräte. Wir würden das Haus allerdings wieder buchen.

Wir durften 2,5 Wochen diese Unterkunft unser Zuhause nennen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung enthält alles, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Besonders die Dachterrasse ermöglicht einen Blick auf atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge. Perfekt für alle, die Ruhe, Nähe zum Meer und authentisches Dolche Vita suchen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, dort gibt es auch eine gute Auswahl leckerer lokaler Weine. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Auch unsere Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt, das Grundstück lädt zum Schnüffeln ein :)
