Lovely memory in Taj Palace Hotel

It was a wonderful experience felt like home with warm and comfy feeling love the stay so much that Chef Zaayish Bharucha was friendly and my daughter ( Ziya ) loved chef gave her lovely pancakes, Azeem with his extra mile of smile gesture and pleasant hospitality since from the day 1 I stayed in the Taj palace and not forgetting Aditi in Housekeeping department taking care of the guest in the room amenities and service and last but not the least Shuban operation department in the Front office always ready to help and support the team and Guest but I really loved the food and stay I must say chef Zaayish , Azeem, Aditi and Shuban for the wonderful experience and would definitely recommend and come back to stay .

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The service and attention to detail were unmatched. Everything was beautiful, clean and service was prompt. From the moment I stepped in, the warm hospitality, timeless elegance, and world-class service made me feel truly special. The heritage of the place is evident in every detail — from the stunning architecture to the beautifully maintained interiors. My room was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and offered a magnificent view that added to the charm of the stay. The staff were extremely courteous and went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. I also had the chance to dine at one of their restaurants, and the food was absolutely delicious — a perfect blend of taste, quality, and presentation. Though my stay was short, the experience was rich and full of comfort, luxury, and elegance.
