This villa is created to be an environmentally friendly accommodation. Guests can charge their electric vehicles (extra fees apply).
Named after the Etruscan Goddess of wildlife, Villa Feronia is a newly built, contemporary residence that has been meticulously planned to offer stunning panoramic views of the lake from every room. These breathtaking vistas are most captivating at sunset, showcasing a vibrant spectrum of colors.

Natural light floods every corner of this Umbrian residence, revealing a spacious great room upon entry.
The sitting area is furnished with a cozy sofa and armchairs, complemented by a built-in fireplace and a wall-mounted 65" Smart TV.
The open floor plan features a contemporary kitchen with an expansive island, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances from Bertazzoni and AEG. In addition, a generous dining space is available for up to 10 people. It features a handcrafted Domiziani table placed adjacent to a glass wall, this setting offers a picturesque backdrop of the lake, ideal for relishing a meal with a scenic view.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This house can accommodate six guests across three beautifully furnished bedrooms, each offering stunning views and direct outdoor access.
The Goddess Suite features a spacious king-size bed measuring 180x200, a desk, a generous walk-in closet, and an opulent ensuite bathroom complete with an open shower and a stunning freestanding soaking tub.
The Ruby suite features a spacious queen-size bed (185x195), a working station, and two built-in closets. Additionally, it offers an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a contemporary shower.
The Sage suite includes a large queen-size bed (185x195), a cozy sitting area, and two built-in closets. Furthermore, it provides an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a modern shower.
There is an additional bathroom located in the hallway, offering convenient access from the living room and direct entry to the pool, enhancing accessibility for individuals utilizing the pool deck.
OUTDOOR AREAS: Indulge in the front yard embellished with white magnolia flowers, complemented by a generous pergola, BBQ area, and dining space, ideal for hosting outdoor gatherings.
Relish in leisure and entertainment at our salt-water infinity pool with a baja shelf and a 17-meter-long lap side. Guests can also indulge in relaxation on the whirlpool seats within the pool, delighting in the scenic view while receiving a soothing bubble massage.
The pool is available year-round and heated from May to October, with heating included in the rate.

Guests can enjoy themselves on the unique massive roof deck overlooking the lake, designed for relaxation and pampering in a lavish environment. Here is a comfortable l lounge area with a fire pit, for an unforgettable experience.
The property features a gated entrance, and a two-car carport, and is conveniently located minutes away from the lakeside promenade and dining establishments.
