The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was also comfortable with adequate seating for our family of six. The only real negative is how poorly stocked the house was - no dish towels, trash bags, paper towels, napkins or tissues. The toilet paper was awful, probably the cheapest you can buy. The grease tray under the grill was so full/dirty that it flamed up and burned our dinner. There was some confusion about check in time but the host did respond and unlocked the door.

This house and yard are spacious and beautiful. The furniture and beds are extremely comfortable. Everything we needed was there and the hosts made us feel so cared for. You will not be disappointed with this rental!

Everything was great! House is basic.There were a few stains on carpet and a big one upstairs M bedroom. I just wanted to make sure we were not blamed for it, and we were not!For pet owners- backyard is most wonderful. BUT, the next-door neighbors' dogs are very reactive. So our dogs had to be on leads while outside as the neighbors dogs kept attacking the fence- which triggers any dogs. But we were most happy to bring our fur babies!

Sticky, Stinky, and Flies

Many sticky surfaces throughout, smell, and flies all over kitchen. So unclean that we decided not to stay, even though it was too late to find another accommodation and it meant canceling our trip and driving back home. Requested a refund and homeowner declined, contacted VRBO and sent photos a couple days ago and haven't heard back yet. This experience was a disappointing and costly waste of time.

Room for large family

We had a party of 8 in our family and the house was large and comfortable. It was close to restaurants and the freeway. The fenced yard was well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed, including snacks, coffee, etc., but it was disappointing that the stove/oven was very dirty.

Nice large home in great location

Nice basic home with plenty of room for large family. Large fenced back yard. Location in nice residential area close to freeway was perfect. Charles was very easy to work with and provided lots of snacks, waters, coffee for our initial day or so. Would use this home again and recommend to others coming to Tri Cities.

This house is in a great neighborhood and right off the freeway, there is a lot of things within 5 minutes of the property. Very convenient location and the house is big enough to accommodate a good size family

Home was well equipped with all the necessities.

We will definitely stay here again. The home is well equipped with appliances and comfortable bedding. We liked that it is well centralized to stores. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Better communication

So we had a good attitude but overall it could be better communication about what to bring to the house. No extra toilet tissue so had to buy more. No extra paper towels. No dish towels and drainers for kitchen. These could of been brought from our home. Also would be nice to know about the ants. They wrecked havoc two days in. A number of things didn’t work and had to call to fix ie internet, dishwasher and dryer. Thank you for your help. Overall it is a good place to be.
