Villa Paros - 8-12 persons

Villa Paros consists of 3 levels. On the first level (semi-basement) there are 2 bedrooms for 4 guests, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace, where there are 1 single bed and a sofa bed. From this level you can go to the yard and the swimming pool and through an interior staircase to the first floor.
On the second level there is the main entrance, a kitchen, a big living room with a fireplace, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a big veranda. From this level you can also go to the yard.
On the third level there is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and verandas with pergola from where Naousa’s gulf, Lageri beach, Santa Maria and Naxos Island can be seen. The villa has its own parking spaces with wooden pergolas for two cars. The total area of the villa is 275m2.

Archipelagos Villas are located in a quiet and beautiful region just 300m from the beaches Filizi – Santa Maria and Xifara, offering the opportunity to swim under any weather circumstances. In the surrounding area there are farms with ecological crops from where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits at friendly prices. Naoussa city and the nearby supermarkets are within 5-10 minutes drive. From the port of Naoussa small boats depart regularly to nearby beaches.
The port of Paroikia and the airport are 30 and 45 minutes away by car, and there is also a regular bus service. Alternatively, there are plenty of taxis.

Archipelagos villas are located in the northern part of Paros, between the beaches Xifara (west) and Santa Maria-Filizi (east), beaches ideal for windsurf and swimming under any weather conditions. The beaches are 300m from the houses and you can easily go on foot in just 7 minutes. The area was characterized Natura 2000 and is in one of the most beautiful parts of the island. Within a short distance there is a diving center, a windsurf club, watersports and yoga classes. The picturesque famous fishing village of Naoussa, which has turned into the entertainment center of the island is just 2.5 km away, where you can find many restaurants, taverns, café with traditional sweets, bars, clubs and clothing stores and taste the traditional greek cuisine and the hospitality of the locals.
