The hotel overall was nice - the artwork in the main lobby is stunning. However during the week we were there the men's bathroom off the main lobby was supposedly under repair but nothing was done during the time of our stay - also although the pools were open and heated, the whirlpool was not. The room was nice but the pillows were not comfortable. The restaurant food was very good. The staff was nice and so overall a good stay.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Friendly professional staff , excellent service and views to die for from our oceanfront room. The property is in excellent condition apart from noticing the need for some maintenance to our room patio door which was difficult to close quietly and the bathroom fan which was noisy. Otherwise, the decor was modern, bright and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious food and attentive service at the restaurant and patio . The appetizers during happy hour were amazing. This has become our go to hotel in Parksville for short breaks.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Best thing about the property. The bed wasn't as comfortable as our previous nights hotel so points lost. There was a gap around the door so you could hear everyone in the hallway. The restaurant was average at best. Great view of the bay but less than average food.

The staff at this hotel is always fantastic! A shout out to Shannon for her warm and professional friendliness. The hotel is well located on the fabulous beach of Parksville and offers (2 ports) free EV charging in their parking lot.

I was expecting a room with a view of the ocean but got a view of the parking lot. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The shower was a bit aggressive. I like high pressure but it hurt how strong the pressure was. The restaurant had a nice view if you sit by the window. Make reservation if you want a view. Food was good. Staff was friendly and overall a good overnight experience.
