Simple studio with all you need plus a great view of the river. The boat dock is in bad shape and needs repairs. Parking area is a little tight. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay. It was perfect for us. When looking for the address make sure to put in AZ. We went right past it for 20 miles. Parking was very tight but we worked it out. We loved watching the boaters and those fishing on the river.

Great Rental in Parker!!

This is a such a great property. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back every year! Its was perfect for our little family of five. We have 3 children - ages 5, 2 and 1. The closet space is large enough to hide a pack-n-play so our youngest had his own little space to sleep.

A lovely getaway

We had a wonderful stay. Bob the property manager and Stephanie the housekeeping manager were both so helpful and accommodating. The view and setting is lovely with the red hills across the way. The boat ramp is adjacent and super convenient and the other guests were super nice. The unit felt bigger than it looked on the photos and there are great storage options for your stay. One bonus was how short a drive it was to Havasu city so it was easy to enjoy what the river offers and the lake.

Fantastic River View and Access

I stayed on the river in this area many times in the past. Took my wife here for the first time by ourselves. Check in was simple and well marked. We did have an issue with ants (left dish of Rocky Road residue) but Bob took care of the problem the following morning. Spectacular views, comfy, cozy, and well stocked home. We will definitely stay here again!
