- bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm), single sofa bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and WC,
- one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), a single sofa-bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower,
- two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron,
- central heating, carbon monoxide detector, underfloor cooling in summer,
- Connected TVs in the living room and two bedrooms, Wifi.

Enjoy the 600 m² outdoor area, including :

## Neighborhood

Magny-le-Hongre is ideally located close to Disneyland Paris, the Val d'Europe shopping center and the Vallée Village outlet, offering a multitude of activities and entertainment for the whole family. The neighborhood is also close to Center Parc and numerous restaurants, such as Asuka for Chinese and Japanese cuisine, or NONNA & NONNO for Italian flavors in Serris' Place de Toscane. Bus routes and bike paths make it easy to get around town and to nearby attractions. You can join the shuttle buses (N°2235, running every 15 minutes) to Disneyland, and easily access the TGV and RER stations to explore Paris and its wonders, in just 30 minutes. For golf enthusiasts, there's also an 18-hole golf course nearby.
