Casa Caapuā, relax with comfort in nature.

Offering space, comfort and all amenities (just upgraded to fiber internet), Casa Caapuã is located in a 35.000 sqm property in the Atlantic forest, 10km from Paraty city centre.
The property is located in the mountains of Paraty, in Serra da Bocaina, with several options of waterfalls and natural pools in the river located on the property borders, just a few minutes' walk along well-kept trails in an area of ​​preserved Atlantic forest. Beautiful fauna and flora and ideal for bird lovers (we have already cataloged over 190 species and that number keeps growing!

Ample integrated living , dinning area and kitchen, a powder room, an ensuite bedroom with spacious bathroom and dressing room, big varanda with area for meals and hammocks to lounge and enjoy the nature and the view. Utility area with sink and clothes line.
Acommodates up to 4 people. It has a queen bed in the Ensuite and a double bed in the living room.

The complete accomodation with all the ammenities and spaces listed above is located on the ground floor of a bigger house. Guests don´t have access to the other levels, and there won´t be other people staying on the other levels during your stay.

You have access to the entire grounds of the property, the trails, the river, etc.

The house is not suitable for children under 8 years old, as the varanda is high and does not have child nets and there are open stairs.

We live in the same grounds, our house is about 50 metres from this one, so you have total privacy and yet, are not completely isolated. We are happy to show you around the property, show the best pools to swim in the river, give you info about what´s to do and see in and around Paraty and anything else you might need to enjoy your stay ;-)
