This charming and elegant villa is located in the Ayia Triada area, with the beach almost on your doorstep and just a few minutes drive to the resort centres of Kapparis, Pernera and Protaras. Its contemporary décor, comfortable furnishings and outstanding sea views, make this villa ideal for those looking for a relaxing and peaceful break

As you enter the villa, you will find the open-plan ground floor living room, kitchen and dining area, surrounded by large bi-fold patio doors that lead to the garden and pool area. The living room features a corner sofa and widescreen, Satellite TV; the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 people, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils and cutlery needed for your self-catering stay, and includes a breakfast bar with extra seating for 2 people.

One of the bedrooms with a double bed can also be found on this floor as well as one of the bathrooms with shower and WC

Upstairs, you will find the two remaining bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC. Both bedrooms have double beds, a shared balcony and offer stunning sea views. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
The main family bathroom is on this floor with shower and WC.

On the 3rd level, you will find one of the added luxuries of the villa – the roof terrace with seating area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding with a drink whilst taking in and enjoying the views and sunset.

Outside, the spacious garden features a barbecue and worktop area with built-in sink for those evenings at home and al fresco dining. There is also a shaded dining area, sunloungers and private pool, ideal for lazy days basking in the sun.

Trinity beach

Fabulous location right next to nice quiet beach with plenty of sun beds at very good prices €2:50 each bed and brolly. Clean and fully equipped villa with everything we needed. Only downside was that the pics and descriptions don’t say the downstairs bathroom has steps to get to it. Was an issue as mobility is compromised and is why we chose this villa for downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Also balconies on upstairs bedrooms have no furniture to enjoy the stunning views. So that was also disappointing. But overall we were very pleased.
