Modern Town House on Kyklades Complex
A spacious, air-conditioned end town house with garden for the price of an apartment! We have been renting our property for 10+ years and understand what families and couples want to ensure they have a relaxing and problem free holiday! Comfortably furnished and well-equipped, the house has many extras such as fly screens on the windows and air conditioning in all rooms. The TV your has all UK channels available and the WiFi is free of charge. The garden is attractively paved, fully enclosed with a lockable gate, making it safe for children. It also has a marble tiled patio with cushioned garden furniture under a covered pergola. and barbeque supplied. There is also a large outdoor dining table with umbrella.
Free use of the gym is available to guests.
Guest parking is available within the complex. The property sits in a quiet location, but is close to the on-site facilities such as the large swimming pool with pool bar selling drinks and snacks. It is also a 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurant and supermarket in Kapparis and the large bakery which is open 24 hours. Five minutes drive will take you to Paralimni town centre or the border to Famagusta. Protaras, which boasts the lovely Fig Tree Bay is also nearby. A 15 minute drive will take you to the busier Ayia Napa, with the beautiful new marina, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and its large water park.

Would highly recommend
This is such a lovely property- clean, has everything you need away from home, the beds are fantastic. The pool is lovely, great for children, nice bar. The beaches are 10 minutes walk away and very picturesque.
The owners are wonderful, a great help- thank you!
I would highly recommend a holiday here.

Fabulous Well Appointed Property
Superb accommodation in a gorgeous location a real home away from home. There was everything that you would ever need available right down to hairdryers & styling irons (although I had brought my own, had I realised this I could have saved transporting mine) ! Nice well equipped terrace area outside the patio doors which was perfect for sitting in with a chilled glass of wine after a hot day at the beach. Massive super comfy bed in the master bedroom and very welcome air con in every room.
Helen was really friendly and talked us through finding the property on the phone, when we arrived in the dark and someone had parked over the driveway.
The house is centrally located in Kapparis in a residential area and there is access to a pool which unfortunately I never visited due to our preference being for a beach. Local beach within walking distance as are shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
All in all a brilliant property which made our most recent holiday to this magical island just perfect - would love to make a return visit in the future and can’t thank Helen & Brian enough for letting us share their Cyprus home.
