This lovely two bedroom villa is located in the heart of Ayia Triada, only 6 minutes walk to sandy golden Trinity Beach at the small fishing shelter. This modern villa with amazing outdoors has three double bedrooms upstairs with en-suite shower room and family bathroom. There is a large, beautifully furnished living space with flat screen TV, fully fitted kitchen, dining area and guest toilet on the ground level. The sliding doors from living area lead to a spacious sun terrace around lovely swimming pool, and surrounded by mature garden and fence to offer privacy to its guests There is also a private parking space within the property. Just a short walk away is golden sandy Trinity Beach, and close to the villa are a few bars, restaurants and shops for necessities.

Great Stay

Just returned from a fantastic two week stay at Villa Palm. House was spotless, modern, well equipped with brilliant Wifi and excellent air conditioning throughout. The complimentary mid week clean was welcomed and George from the management team was on hand a moments notice to sort any issues. Villa is situated a little far out of Protaras but the bus stop is literally at the bottom of the street. The 102 will take you to the strip (and all the bars and restaurants in between) and the 101 will bring you back for €1.50/2.50. We would highly recommend this villa and have had an amazing time! Thank you

Perfekt! Die Lage ist super. Etwas außerhalb und sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist sauber und alles vorhanden was man für die Verpflegung benötigt. Falls etwas sein sollte kann man sich jederzeit an den Gastgeber wenden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!
