"There really wasn’t anything good about this property. It was dirty, the beds and shower had hair in them, the bedspreads were stained, there were three of us staying and there were only two towels. The floor and walls were dirty and gross!"

"They didn’t really honor any of the hotels.com benefits unless we asked multiple times and had to call after check out to have them adjust the bill. No early check in, no late check out, super long lines at the front desk for anything and they weren’t very welcoming, but all service was pretty quick when you call from your room. Room service, pool waitstaff and the bell staff were the most helpful. Overall a nice vacation."
