Very disappointed

Usually when I come to stay here the room I get is okay, but this time I got a corner room which you can hear everything. People walking up and down the stairway. Our hvac system got locked and was freezing in the room, was not able to turn it off. Had maintenance come and they still could not fix it. I would have given this a 1 star but the front desk people are nice.

We stay at the lodge about 4-5 times a year & it's always amazing! The staff are amazing. The receptionists are accommodating, professional, friendly and goes above & beyond to help. The brewery's always top notch. The deli has amazing cheesecakes and smoothies. Always a pleasure to stay here.

Staff were attentive and welcoming. The lodge is very clean and well decorated and perfectly situated next to the casino but still separate to be peaceful. It's best of both worlds with lively gaming, dining and concert with a very dark, spacious and quiet room. I had a great stay and would definitely return.
