Un apartamento en primera planta muy bien equipado en una ubicación ideal en este complejo solicitado. Situado en el exterior del complejo, el apartamento se beneficia del sol de la mañana a la media tarde y la sombra fresca al final de la tarde.
El balcón privado amueblado permite una cómoda cena al aire libre y un espacio de vida extendido. Se puede acceder fácilmente a la piscina comunitaria, donde encontrará tumbonas y sombrillas privadas, también incluye una pequeña piscina para bebés.

El apartamento se beneficia de una amplia sala de estar de planta abierta que incluye un sistema de TV basado en Internet (con canales del Reino Unido), wifi privado súper rápido, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y sistema de alta fidelidad, una amplia zona de estar con dos sofás grandes, mesa de comedor con 4 sillas. y cocina con placa de inducción, horno, nevera-congelador grande, microondas y lavadora.

También existe el uso de una caja fría para viajes a la playa si es necesario.

Beautiful apartment

Have just spent the past 4 weeks in this beautiful apartment. Couldn’t fault it in anyway - in fact, we have already booked for next year!Communication with the owners was problem free. Lovely apartment

Wonderful week at Serena Sunrise apartment.Everything you could possibly want in an apartment kitted out as home from home. Spotlessly clean beds really comfortable everything worked as it should. Supermarket very handy for bits with larger supermarket about 30 mins walk. I would personally hire car for my next stay as local buses not overly reliable but apart from that it was faultless. Great communication with Beverly host. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you.

Back in our happy place

Back for our annual holiday in this amazing apartment. Was lovely seeing all the new additions that have been added since our last stay. New settees were oh so comfy. New Fridge freezer was great as was the new oven. Wonder what is next on the home improvement agenda So pleased the cool box was still there, as we used it every single day. We did however have to hang a quilt cover over the curtains so it blacked out the bedroom a bit more for the early sunrise (maybe have blackout blinds/curtains fitted). Pool looked clean as usual with new sun loungers around, though we STILL haven’t been in the pool. Seemed to be a few more using the pool this year, yet we never heard anything. Amazed to see more apartments being built close by but they never impacted our stay at all. Added bonus attraction which Linda didn’t like too much was being woken in the early hours due to a 4.9 Earthquake that shook the buildings. Communication before/during and after with Beverley was 100%. Countdown for our return in 2025 has already begun.

Excellent appartement et hôtes

Les instructions d'arrivée ont été très utiles pour trouver l'appartement. Au début, nous avons souffert de la chaleur à l'intérieur de l'appartement à cause d'un problème de climatisation principale dans le salon. Stephen et Beverly ont été présents et très réactifs. Ils ont fait intervenir leur gérante pour voir si le problème venait d'une mauvaise manipulation de notre part puis d'un technicien. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance, la climatisation étais hors service. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur réactivité pour essayer de résoudre le problème. Stephen et Beverly sont des personnes très correctes et honnêtes. Il est facile de communiquer avec eux. L'appartement est très bien et bien équipés. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut en cuisine et linge de maison. Nous avons même trouvé des chaines française, ce qui nous a permis de regarder les JO. La piscine est très agréable et jolie. Nous avons passé de très bons moments avec nos enfants en rentrant le soir de notre journée de balade. Nous recommandons à 200% cet appartement. Merci à Stephen et Beverly de nous avoir hébergé.

Beautiful home from home

The apartment is spacious, light and clean. The kitchen very well equipped with anything you might need. New fridge. Even a steam mop to clean the floors after kids run in wet from the pool, to grab money for the ice cream van. The balcony is really big too with chairs and a table. The pool area is immaculate with plenty of sunbeds. The location, a short walk from the promenade, and even closer a lovely restaurant where we dined regularly and a supermarket. Beds are comfortable, sofas are lush. Lots of tv, channels, WiFi hi speed. We loved it, will happily return any time. Thank you.

Great few days

Great location as we hired a car, no problem with parking, if you don’t hire a car be prepared to walk Apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped,although we felt the bathroom is in need of an update but was t detrimental to us enjoying the apartment. Pool area is great, and quiet most of the time, didn’t have any issues getting sunbeds even though we aren’t early risers . Just 1 bar with great food and cocktails nearby and 1 small supermarket for the essentials within a 5 minute walk , recommend if you’re on a late flight to ask for the care package Overall great stay for me and my friend and our 2 late teen girls …. Thankyou Would defo stay again

Property was fantastic, no complaints at all. The only thing I feel I would like to see is a black out blind in the double room, mattress and pillow protectors and comfy mattresses for the sun loungers. The property has everything else. Would definitely use again.

Perfect apartment

The apartment met all of our needs, beds and pillows were comfortable and aided for a good nights sleep. New sofas were extremely comfortable. Complex is within a 10 minute walk from bar street so close enough to get too but far enough you don’t hear any noise at night. Communication with the hosts was impeccable. All questions and queries answered promptly. A perfect stay for us

Sehr nette Unterkunft

In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Vor dem Haus konnte man problemlos parken. Das Meer und auch viele Restaurants konnte man gut zu Fuss erreichen. Die Wohnung hat Ostausrichtung und der Balkon geht auf die Straße. Sehr nett ind gut ausgestattet.

Top apartment in handy location with pool

There is very little to dislike about this property. It's well located, in a nice complex, with friendly neighbours; who have evidently been returning for years. The pool as was the apartment was spotlessly clean, with plenty of space to relax. The apartment has ample storage space and full amenities, just like a home from home. If I were to nit pic, then I'd say the shower pressure could have been stronger, but apart from that it had everything we needed. We are already looking to rebook!

Great stay but a few minor changes could make it excellent

Nice stay. Location was good however there was lots of building works going on around the property so no chance of sleeping in past 7am. Water pressure at the property is very low which was frustrating for showering. The only other negative was the toaster which only had 1 element working so took 10 minutes to make a slice of toast. Probably worth replacing. Beds were comfortable, plenty of books to read and great TV choice. Pool was nice too but only 2 communal sunbed mattresses available on the complex. Location was great for everything, supermarkets, beach, tourist attractions and the harbour. Would stay again

HOME FROM HOME

Back again in this apartment for our annual holiday. As this was our 3rd stay in the apartment, we knew all about it and it was great to be back. Sadly there were some issues which we resolved ourselves and some that we have been reported back to Beverley & Stephen which do require attention/replacing. None of them affected our stay/holiday. There were 3 buildings being built/worked on. We know from previous experiences that they start work VERY early but as the builds were at a certain level, they never impacted on our stay. Can't understand why the owners get moaned at about this kind of thing happening, as it is out of there hands, as to what gets built where & when. Looking forward to seeing the completed works though. Once again we looked forward to seeing the "Cat Lady" feeding the cats on the corner but was sad to see the numbers have somewhat dwindled. Looking forward to our return next year with both apartment & flights already booked.

Excellent Apartment

Very clear instructions given from the outset msking it really simple to find and get settled. Perfect little apartment for our family of 4. Very clean and tidy. The pool outside is a great size so even others were using it, thete was still plenty of room. Located within easy travel of the harbour and a few big shopping outlets. The complex was well maintained and in a central location for Pathos harbor and mail with easy transport links to the Theme parks and beaches. Local shop's within 5 minutes of complex.

Perfect

We are regular visitors to Paphos, but when our usual accommodation suddenly became unavailable we needed to find somewhere quick. The apartment was clean comfortable and has everything you would need, the pool was clean and a good size. Small supermarket just up the street, walking distance to harbour and mall areas. When we did need to ask the local contact for help with something they were prompt and helpful with their response. Would definitely stay again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
