The hotel is nice and has a great Polynesia feel and the pool and grounds are great. The main restaurant feels a bit like a cafeteria but the other two restaurants are very nice.

We had no hot water in our room. However, the hotel went to great lengths to remedy the issue, including paying for multiple breakfasts and lunches. They also allowed us to use the changing rooms to shower where there was hot water. They were sold out so another room wasn’t an option. It was disappointing that the facilities weren’t fully functional, but the manager stepped up to remedy the issue. They showed that they cared and that’s what matters.

Beautiful property. Old and outdated. Lovely people. Room temperature set at 23 degrees C. They decide for you what’s comfortable after charging $700/night! Cannot be changed. They did bring me a fan. Great People, great location, wonderful food. Just felt outdated, stale.

WE did not have any notification that breakfast was included. We purchased our breakfast from the menu/. The buffet breakfast was huge, but expensive. Our room was upgraded, and was clean, comfortable, the staff was great in every aspect. A beautiful resort, beautiful views.
