Luxurious detached house 150 ^ 2 fully equipped. It consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with bed and a spacious closet for each. The house has a yard of 400 sqm, beautiful garden with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Easy parking and very close to the beaches of the village (350m).
The house is located in the village of Palio Tsifliki, next to the city of Kavala, a quiet and safe village with more than 8 beautiful and deserted beaches.
The perfect place to relax and enjoy the sounds and smells of nature.
There is a bus stop a 2-minute walk from the house with regular services every half hour.
The house is 150 m ^ 2 and can accommodate up to six people in spacious rooms:

1 living room (with fireplace and two sofa beds and a large table for lunch)
