Very clean hotel. Love the round building & floor to ceiling windows with city lights at night and ocean views. Dinner was delicious and the breakfast buffet is included. Have stayed here several times and will return. As a gold Expedia member the free bottle of wine and room upgrade is an extra bonus.

The property is in an excellent location have a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean 1 Reception staff was unhelpful, requested an extra towel or little extra coffee which they refuse to provide 2 room cleaning was terrible there was more in the bathroom and they would not replace the towels that we have used when confronted they say we are out of stock we will bring it over which never came 3 they only provided one bottle of water for the entire trip off three nights and 4 days

The hotel is nice and the rooms are well appointed. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent with many options. The area surrounding the hotel is quiet and close to the Cinta Costera and many restaurants.

Overall it deserves an excellent rating. Great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great view of the bay. Easy self-parking close to entrance. Breakfast buffet offers good choices and outdoor seating. Negatives are limited indoor seating for breakfast. Rooms are quite noisy. Wifi is super slow.

I cannot recommend Plaza Paitilla Inn enough! From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and easy, and the same can be said for check-out. Every single staff member I encountered was so courteous and genuinely welcoming. I absolutely loved my room — it was spacious, spotless, and well equipped with everything I needed. And the view from my room? Simply stunning! On top of all that, the location is ideal, making it so easy to get around and explore. Truly a wonderful stay. I look forward to coming back!

This hotel is central to everything which is a plus and the view from the bedroom amazing .However, the staff was unfriendly there was no microwave in the rooms so we had to ask at the restaurant which was an inconvenience. Breakfast choices were plenty but not necessarily good. Dinner was not worth the price ingredients were not always fresh and the food lacked flavor.

A+ Location

Having never been to Panama City before, I was super happy with this location. It is on the water, and at the start of a waterfront park with a path that leads to all the cultural attractions of Panama City, including the hisyoric Old Town (Casco Antigua) and the Amador Causeway. There is even a bike rental conpany in the hotel parking lot, so you can hop right on the path whenever you feel like it. The bike rental company also has a second location on the Amador Causeway (near the Biomuseo), and you can return at that location as well. The hotel itself sits on a spacious plot, with the pool and a separate terrace overlooking the bay, with additional outdoor options overlooking the water. The gym overlooks the pool. Our room came with free breakfast. Although we couldnt eat anything, the spread was very generous. The staff was very helpful amd accommodating (amd we were able to borrow an umbrella at the front desk, a classy touch which is quite helpful in the tropics)! The rooms are fully renovated and modern (we loved the electronic curtains!) and the bathrooms were very comfortable (great water pressure). All the amenities are on the lobby level, which has not been renovated unfortunately. The neighborhood has ample restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I was originally planning on staying at the Waldorf Astoria, but was happy that I made the switch!
