I've stayed here, before was always happy, this time new years Eve was a disaster, hotel had booked a party on the 7 the floor knowing it would have loud and continuous music, no notice no one says anything they rent me a room right under the party

The staff was excellent especially doorman Benjamin and housekeeper Diana with staff like those two made our stay marvelous.

The shower at the room has a problem so I have water in the floor all time I report it and they never do something to fix o change room. Every time that I complain they send someone to clean that was my experience. Really but and dangerous because it was water on the floor

The staff (especially Mario and Peter) was pleasant and helpful, but we were very disappointed in the room. The first room had a drainage problem with the sink so the moved us into a second that had mold and mildew in the ceiling with an extremely fowl odor throughout the room. We asked to change again and the third room had the same odor. We ended up staying and used plenty of Lysol, fabreeze, and even had to purchase candles to mask the smell. The cleaners didn’t clean our room the first night, half cleaned it the second night, and left us without towels the third night. I wondered how so many people gave it such high ratings from previous travels.
