The staff was very helpful. Our room had a bad smell. Everything seemed to close down early, the pool by 8 pm, the restraunts and bars on weeknights and breakfast started at 7. That was to late for anyone having excursions or early flights.

The hotel is centrally located, secure and very close to shopping centers. The staff was excellent, very friendly, and I especially apreciated the easy access to transportation. The room was always spotless and I truly enjoyed the view of the bay. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it.

Muchos inconvenientes. No habia agua caliente y la ducha no trabajaba. 20pm teniamos una persona tratando de arreglarla sin poder ducharnos ni dormir hasta q no pudo arreglar. Al otro dia nos movieron a otra habitacion y perdimos la manana en ese proceso. Ni ducharnos.ni dormir cuando queriamos y la manana perdida en espera del cambio. Very baf experience.
