The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bar seating for four. Whether you`re cooking for a crowd or a cozy dinner, you`ll find everything you need, including a selection of common spices conveniently located on the kitchen counter. The inviting open-plan living area provides abundant seating for gatherings, where tales of beach adventures can be shared. Sink into plush sofas and oversized chairs while enjoying entertainment on the large, flat-screen smart TV. Step out from the main living area onto the expansive screened porch, a rare gem within this vibrant community, perfect for alfresco dining or savoring a cup of coffee as you prepare for the day ahead.

The luxurious master suite, tucked away off the living area, features a king-size bed and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with double vanities, walk-in closet and a rejuvenating walk-in shower. French doors lead to the screened porch for added tranquility. The queen guest bedroom grants access to a full bathroom just steps away and to the rear porch, while down the hallway you`ll find two more bedrooms — one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed plus a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. Both of these rooms share a well-appointed hall bathroom with double vanities. Each bedroom features a flat-screen television, and the house is equipped with complimentary wifi and central heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). Additionally, guests have access to four adult cruiser bikes, four backpack beach chairs and an assortment of beach toys.

When you`re not soaking up the sun on the nearby beach or at the Seacrest Beach 12,000 square foot resort pool, delight in leisurely strolls through the boutique shops and dining spots at Peddlers Pavilion, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Inlet Beach. Or create your own adventure…paddleboard across a rare dune lake, bike one of the nearby winding trails or have a picnic in one of the Travel and Leisure top rated state parks. 30A is also ideal for lovers of golf, saltwater fishing, sailing, and kiteboarding! Established in 1996, Seacrest Beach (nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beaches) has become a popular destination for those longing to experience the best of Florida: sugar white sand, dunes, emerald water, spectacular breath-taking sunsets and the largest community pool on Scenic Highway 30A.

Whether you want to stay all winter or just a week, there are vacation options that include luxury accommodations in modern beach homes and spacious pool side condominiums.

PLEASE NOTE: The Seacrest Beach community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective January 1, 2022 Seacrest Beach HOA has banned the use of non-owner golf carts, scooters and Mokes. Golf carts / low speed vehicles are not allowed in the neighboring areas of Peddler’s Pavilion, Rosemary and Alys Beaches.

IMPORTANT: Seacrest Beach deeded beach access will be closed Jan 5–approx. Jan 31, 2026 for full boardwalk replacement. No HOA shuttle service during this time; guests may access the public beach approximately 1 mile down 30A at Inlet Beach Regional Access.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.


*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
• Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
• Do not strip beds, but DO collect all the used towels and place in the laundry room.
• Check all drawers and closets for any personal items.
• Return beach key fob to the kitchen counter.
• Turn off all lights and make sure exterior doors are locked. Make sure beach cruiser bikes are locked.
• Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!
