Locally owned and owner managed. 3018 is located in Tidewater Beach Resort. Tidewater is the tallest building in the Panhandle of Florida giving you the greatest views from this penthouse corner suite. Some listings claim penthouse because they are on one of the top 5 floors be we are the ACTUAL penthouse, on the very top floor.

Beach Time is your choice!! We offer FREE beach service for our guests, seasonally (March 1 - Oct 31). Beach Service lounge chairs (2) and umbrella (1) are included as our guest. We also have 4 folding beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys, and boogie boards if you prefer to set up on your own, with more room to spread out and to use when beach service is not available (Nov-Feb).

Suite 3018 features 10-foot-tall ceilings, giving you breathtaking views from the floor to ceiling windows and doors. Our condo features a king bed and flat screen TV with cable in the bedroom, twin extra-long bunk beds in the entry, a queen sleeper sofa with flat screen TV and cable in the living room, washer and dryer, and a full bath with tub and handheld shower head. Linens, bath towels, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, folding beach chairs and beach towels are in the suite. WiFi, board games, puzzles, and an oversized connect 4 game are all available for the days you want to enjoy the view from the inside.

Our penthouse patio not only has a view for miles and miles but has 2 heavy duty Adirondack rocking chairs to enjoy the view in comfort. They sit higher than traditional Adirondacks and they rock.

The resort amenities include 2 HUGE lagoon style outdoor pools, 2 outdoor hot tubs, 1 indoor heated pool, movie theater, fitness room, dry sauna, wet sauna, indoor roman spa (with 2 large hot tubs), beach front restaurant, pool side bar, gift shop, and arcade.

It is also walking distance to Pier Park where you will find many shops and restaurants!

We fell in love with a view in the tallest building in the Florida Panhandle. We knew then, with a bald eagle sitting on the balcony railing (yes an actual, wild, bald eagle), it was meant to be ours. It needed some serious updates and we have put our all into making 3018 our little slice of heaven.

At least 1 guest must be age 25 or older to rent this condo. 3018 is equipped with a smart lock and doorbell camera for your security.

Please note, Tidewater does charge a $35 (plus tax) registration fee for your stay which incudes your parking passes for up to 2 vehicles and wristbands for up to 5. This registration must be completed prior to check-in online and after booking, I will send you the link.

Cancelation Policy:
If guests wish to cancel their reservation, the rental fee will be refunded as follows:
100 % if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
50 % if cancelled 15-29 days prior to the Check-in Date
No Refund if cancelled 0-14 days prior to the Check-in Date

Cancellations due to weather:
Refunds due to weather are issued only when mandatory evacuations are issued by local government. If a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the property the unused days will be refunded.
Refunds are not granted if you cannot travel due to being diagnosed with COVID-19. We recommend all guests obtain travel insurance so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds are given when a mandatory closure of the short-term rental is issued.

Please dust off the sand and bring our beach chairs inside the suite every night. PCB has a “Leave No Trace” law and items on the beach unattended after 7pm will be picked up and destroyed. You will be responsible for lost beach chairs and/or the beach umbrella.
