Our cozy cottage is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, just a short walk to one of the most beautiful white sand beaches near 30A, PCB, and Lake Powell. Your perfect beach getaway is just footsteps away! With the sand and clear blue waters only steps from your door, there's no need to wait for the ultimate coastal experience. Whether you're lounging in the sun or taking a refreshing dip, everything you need is right at your feet. Book your stay now and answer the call of the beach! Guest access Guests have full access of the home with the exception of owner closets in the master bedroom and kitchen. Other things to note Important Things to know: 1) You MUST be 25 years of age to rent. We will not rent to students or singles under the age of 25. 2) At time of booking you agree to comply with House Rental Agreement and House Rules. 3) GUEST will be required to provide a copy of driver's license for all adults staying in the home within 24 hours of receipt of booking confirmation. 4) Accessible driveway for 2 vehicles 6) Travel protection / insurance is NOT included in the quotes, but you can purchase on your own.

Beautiful Home!
The home was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and the hosts even included things like drinks in the fridge, beach chairs, bikes and board games for the family. The home is not on the beach side, however it is literally right across the street. We rode bikes everywhere since the home was not more than a couple of blocks from the main square of Rosemary. We recommend this home to anyone!!
