The walk to the beach does not cross any major streets and is only 150 feet away to Beach access #1. The street is not a busy one and the speed limit is 10 mph. You can rent golf carts locally, but not needed for this house to get to the beach quickly. Panama City Beach offers a wide range of outdoor activities, such as fishing, boating, kayaking, parasailing, and more. Panama City Beach is a popular destination for families, with plenty of attractions and activities that kids and adults will enjoy.

CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation.
