A sweet spot with great potantial
I'll start from the bottom line -
It's a great spot, spacious and perfectly equipped for a family.
The only problem was the cleanliness of the property.
We had to clean the property all over for spider web, accumulated dust and, it always smelled mouldy
Lastly, we a re a family with 4 kids and it was hard to have hot water for all of us every night. Some of us had to shower in cold water
