Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, patio, arbour, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, storage room for bicycles, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.6 km, restaurant, bar, pub garden 300 m, bus stop "509-Establiments Nou" 260 m, railway station "Palma" 6 km, sandy beach "Playa de Palma" 14 km.
