Reception:Checked in and the team i met that time was good and friendly. Afternoon team was not friendly.Room: Amenties were very good but A/C not working.it was 26oC inside and when complaint reception team asked me to leave the balcony door open n sleep which is not safe when your room is in ground floor.They also said we will send maintenance guys around to check and all they did was leave the door open.This will not be a service at 5 star hotel and coffee pods to be replenished everyday and shouldn’t be chargeable for a 5 star property. Food: was ok. Lady who served at the grill during dinner was excellent but b/f time Omelette bad as it was burnt and over cooked.

Loved it here and would go again. A beautiful apartment on the complex we had- so spacious and spotless. Had issues checking in- they gave us the hotel key to an already occupied room… we stumbled into a couple who thankfully weee awake and fully clothed!!! We went back to the desk and reissued with a different key. Lovely swimming pools!!

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful newly renovated and clean room. All of the amenities were lovely; multiple pool options which we especially loved the rooftop, the spa was lovely and peaceful. We went off season (November) and it was very quiet which was what we wanted. The beach side food trucks and roof top bar were not open off season.

Stayed at the property for our honeymoon, we also informed the staff that it was our honeymoon, however the room provided was 2 twin beds pushed together. As the beds are on wheels, sleeping was difficult as the beds would move apart in the night making a gap inbetween.
