Loved this place! Beautiful location, very safe, rooms are spacious and well lit. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. Supermarket (Eroski) within a few minutes’ walk, so it was easy to cook and eat meals around the table downstairs, or on the roof deck on sunny days. Perfect for myself, my two young adult sons, and their friend to spend the Christmas holiday week together. We also loved that the house is next to the Portixol Hotel, great place for a drink, coffee and/or meal. Also tons of other great cafés and restaurants within walking distance, and it was easy to walk or take the bus into Palma city center whenever we wanted. Idyllic!

Avoid - We got burgled

The house itself was ok, some broken furniture on the balcony, however there is a security issue with this property. We were burgled on our second night. Even though it was a traumatic experience and we spent several hours in the police station, the hosts told Vrbo we made the story up. These people do not care about your well-being only your money, do not book here. We were only told after the burglary that there was an alarm system that we could use. They also tried to pretend that the downstairs windows that would no longer lock weren’t a problem, which is ridiculous and did not make us feel comfortable staying in the house.

8/10 Good
