From the moment we arrived, every detail whispered relaxation. The staff was warm and attentive, the room immaculate, and the ambiance effortlessly inviting. We started our mornings with quiet coffee by the mirror and ended our afternoons poolside, surrounded by palm trees and the scent of warm air and citrus. The cocktails by the water were refreshing, and the view — with the sun dipping behind the mountains — felt straight out of a postcard. The thoughtful in-room touches — a chilled mini-fridge stocked with sparkling water, a tray of light bites, and the gentle hum of calm — made it easy to unwind completely. We found the staff to be very mixed, some pleasant but others not very pleasant. We were rudely greeted upon our late arrival, by a bellman who insisted we move our vehicle immediately. Strangely, the driveway is in the opposite direction of every other resort/hotel driveway, arriving clockwise (w/ driver side closer to the main entrance rather than counter clockwise, with the passenger side closer to the entrance) and the signage was poor (no 'entry/direction sign for cars to pull up) and you didn't know you'd pull up in the wrong direction until after you pulled up. The the main bar area was under construction, the food options were limited, and they provided no flexibility on changes to the menu items. Other issues included, but were not limited to, the following: the walkways did not appear to be swept. the room had a musty smell, the shower head needed replacement (as water came out from both the top and the spout), and we needed maintenance on day 2 to fix the shower light and fan.

We stayed here on the last Labor Day long weekend. the Hotel is great and very family friendly and staff members are very friendly and wonderful people 😊 the water slides, lazy river and pools were awesome, plus there restaurant have delicious food, we loved this hotel and we definitely recommend and going back again 😊

Omni was great, will be back! Water slides, lazy river and beach area so fun for our 5 and 9 year old. Across the street too from lots of restaurants.
