The home is spacious which is great for larger families or multiple families staying together; all the bedrooms are upstairs. The back patio and pool are screened in and while it was not warm enough to use the pool during our stay, the patio was great for reading with my morning coffee. A canal with boat access runs behind the home. The beach is about 15 mins away if you use the toll road and 30 minutes if you avoid tolls.

Great house, great location

This house was awesome and a perfect location! Very clean and extremely easy check in. The only thing we didn't like is that one of the full bathrooms is off of the kitchen (not near any bedrooms), making it impractical to use, so my cousin, uncle, mom and daughter all had to share the tiny hall bath. I wish this had been disclosed. But the pool and pool table made up for any inconviences! Overall, great stay!!all had to use the tiny hall bath upstairs. I wish

Great for Thanksgiving

We stayed here to host Thanksgiving dinner for my aging parents. The house was very clean and spacious and plenty of room for everyone to stay. All the bedrooms are upstairs so very private. The pool and the pool table were a big hit. We had an issue with an appliance and the on-site property manager attended to it immediately! Overall, great stay
