Shack In The Back: King & Queen Beds, YES to pets! Very UNIQUE decor.

Eclectically decorated-Bringing nature in doors. Distressed Butcher block countertop w/a wash pale sink, Exposed pipes in the kitchen & shower w/ Edison lights for the industrial, yet nostalgic look. An antique-claw tub outdoor shower. FRESH & CRISP sheets on a brand-new King & Queen size Beautyrest mattresses. Premium pillows round off a restful nights rest/sleep. A great deal of care went into the build & décor, as we are continuously having family & friends visit & wanted a place for them, that was just as comfortable as my own home. No sofa indoors, only outdoor living area, however there is a 3 sided wrap around porch with gliders that can be moved/rearranged/relocated with ease. Situated on just over 2 acres, nestled next to the river. RV & boat trailer parking on site, Large fishing dock. Private driveway, Secure grounds, Pet friendly, large dogs ok, ^^^PET FEE IS FOR 1 ANIMAL, extra pets are subject to additional fees due upon arrival****Or added to your bill. Honesty is best policy! This fishing community is extremely laid back & quiet. The streets roll up early & there's VERY limited nightlife! Our crime rate is ultra low, our Sheriff William Snyder - doesn't mess around! We are approx. 10 miles from both I-95 & Florida's Turnpike, making it a convenient stop for travelers. An array of birds gather around the many feeders, providing soothing melodies. Manatee are year round in Florida and can be observed with ease from the rockers on the covered porch. Occasionally seeing a small alligator (they are native here folks) or the otter can been witnessed playing on the dock/water. on the dock, under the heavenly skies & is ideal for late night star gazing with a glass of fine wine & your best friend. 2 lounge chairs also for sunbathers. Newly planted, Thick, Dark Green Bamboo, Palm & Cypress trees are prominent, providing that extra layer of desired privacy. Our "Florida Shack in the Back" was a small building that came with the home we purchased in 2013, that we commonly referred to as The Shack. We watched the sun rise & set for 2 years before we finally decided on the desired layout & possible amenities it would include. The final product was more than we imagined. We are pleased to share our home with you & your family during your travels through our beautiful state.
