When you book, you have the property to yourself: if the House is reserved, guests enjoy full private use of the home, backyard, and all amenities (the owner may use the separate Studio). If the Studio is reserved, guests enjoy full private use of that unit, backyard, and all amenities (the owner may use the House). In every case, your privacy and comfort are always our top priority.

Loved the back yard

This was a great property for my wife and I. Nothing fancy, but the location was perfect for our plans. We very much enjoyed having coffee under the palapa listening to the birds.

Beautiful Vacation Home

Everything went smoothly. The home is open and inviting, so for our large family we immediately felt on vacation. We love going to the beach but coming "home" to grill and relax in the spa in beautiful surroundings allowed us to look forward to the whole day.

Secluded spot quiet and accessible to many areas . Neat and clean eclectic house very homey. Did not need to bother owners as provided excellent directions. Would enjoy again .

Perfect in every way. Location was convenient. Neighborhood was pleasant. The home was beautifully comfortable and clean. All the comforts of home. The canal front backyard was designed for entertainment and relaxation. Superb.

Friends trip

The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Main floor is an open floor plan with comfy furniture and a big dining table for meals or games. Kitchen has everything you need. Upstairs could use a little TLC. Weather was great allowing us to utilize the large swim spa. Very nice. Hosts were welcoming and easy to work with.

Wonderful home!

I can't say enough about this beautiful home! It is beautiful, well appointed, and comfortable inside and out. The hosts were responsive and gracious. The backyard was gorgeous. We grilled every night and were able to watch tv at the outdoor tiki bar. It is situated on a beautiful canal, complete with fire pit and hot tub. We were there on business, and wanted to feel at home while we were away. This home did not disappoint. The home is well cared for, updated and beautifully designed. There is no reason to leave unless you needed to! We would love to stay there again if the situation arises. Thank you to Patrick and Renata for providing us with such a beautiful stay!

Not so private Palm City stay

Renters need to beware that the owner(s) live on the property in a small apartment above the garage. This is not disclosed in the property description but Certainly should be. Additionally, owners might even rent out the apartment above the garage to other guests. To make matters worse, the apartment is advertised that the wonderful back yard, including BBQ and hot tub, is a “shared space “ with the main house even though this was never mentioned in description of the main house. So, if privacy is not a concern for you, then this could be a good choice for you.
