Beautiful grounds, wonderful staff, clean. Only down point is the rooms looking tired. Sofa stained and furniture was marked up and worn. Rooms need a facelift.

Excellent stay, great service!

Reservation was mixed up, when I arrived they could not find it and it turned out it was my mistake on the date, they not only made good on it they sent a bottle of champagne up to my room for my birthday! Enjoyed a spa day and it was the best!!

Beautiful hotel right on Atlantic beach.

Pros: Besides what was written above - the pool area is lovely, the outside dining area overlooked the beach. Hotel had gorgeous wood paneling.
Cons: Stop charging $29 resort fee - did not receive benefits to warrant such a charge. It is a rip off.
Location: Need a car if plan to explore area.
Lovely location (although seemed to not be within walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc.). Hotel dining was excellent - food was delicious, beautifully presented, wait staff attentive without being intrusive. Gorgeous, clean room with balcony. Only problem - water backed up in shower and light on personal magnifying mirror did not work. When told desk, they thanked me for the information but that was it. When I stayed at a hotel in Portland, Oregon that is part of another competitive brand where the same thing happened (slow draining bath tub/shower), the manager apologized that the problem had not been caught beforehand and then called within less than four hours to make sure maintenance had taken care of the problem to my satisfaction. The manager at the Hilton then comped my in-room dining charges (~$66) and gave me 5,000 additional points in their reward system. Guess this national chain spoiled me in a way that the Opal chain that owns the Jupiter Resort didn't.

The location on the beach was the best part.

Pros: I thought the restaurant had really good food. The access to the beach was the best thing. The jacuzzi was interesting looking but was out of order.
Cons: No "spa fee"/
Location: It was off season so most things to do were closed. Like boat cruises and some restaurants. The Loggerhead turtle marine center was interesting.
I enjoyed my three days at the resort mostly because of the proximity to the beach and ocean. I found the Resort to be a little old fashioned and a tad snobby. That's why I was so surprised by how many people with little to no class were staying there that weekend. There were lots of kids and teenagers running around and cramming too many into the elevators. The swimming pool was always so full of kids that I didn't even try to get in. The feature that I did want to use,the jacuzzi, was out of order all weekend. Sunday afternoon at 2:30 pm. the beach crew guys started putting up the beach chairs and umbrellas. I asked why and they said, " Everyone is checking out today, so we're getting our work done early so we can leave early." I said that I wasn't checking out until the next day, but he just shrugged his shoulders and kept on putting the chairs up. Then that same Sunday evening and next morning was when they did all their cleaning and repairing of community areas that made it nmore inconvenient for the guests to get access outside and through hallways. Also, no one was ever able to fully explain what the $33 a day (after tax) for "spa fee" was for. I understood that any spa activities would cost extra and every hotel offers a hot tub and swimming pool. What does the "spa fee" cover? I went to the front desk and explained these things, and to their credit they compensated me for these inconveniences. Overall it's a nice place, but I will have to say it's over priced.

Old and Tired - did not live up to expectations

I was very excited to book this hotel for a romantic New Years Eve stay. Cost me a lot of money (Palm Beach rates) for a partial ocean view. The room was fine (king bed and redone bathroom - shower only) but the rest of the hotel was old and tired including the hallways, fitness center, and pool area. Also had a lot of families with small kids. Beach was OK but not great. Ended up checking out first thing in the morning rather than staying for breakfast and hanging out at the pool or beach. Would definitely not recommend - especially during the holidays (when I assume rates go up) and if you're looking for something upscale for couples.

Nice hotel for a weekend getaway!

Pros: Location.
Cons: Maybe some updating of the room (ie. furniture, pictures, curtains).
Location: You can ride a golf cart for $10 to the restaurants and bars which was convenient and fun.
We loved our room. Oceanfront on a high floor. Very spacious. Beach gorgeous and the view was fantastic. Staff were firendly and helpful.

Great location, beautiful room and beach.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, beautiful beach
We recently went down for a 2 day stay at Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa. This was our first time there and my wife and I were both pleasantly surprised at how great this place was. The standard room is very nice (larger than the average hotel room) with an extremely comfortable Victorian style bed and all the necessary amenities. There was a bustling pool side bar complete with hammocks for a little night time star-gazing and a very nice private beach. We will always stay here when we visit Jupiter in the future. The only thing I would say would be that if you go for a late night walk on the beach or to lay in the hammocks bring some Off or other bug repellant because the sand fleas were out for blood. This is pretty common at any beach location but they went after me like a Walking Dead zombie and ate me alive! =)
