The house is spread over two floors. The top-floor apartment (attic), offering spectacular sea views. The lower floor has a bedroom with private bathroom .

On the east side, there's a comfortable lounge area with 8-seat sofas and low tables – perfect for a romantic sunset aperitivo or al fresco dinner. On clear days, especially in winter, you can see Mount Etna and the Aeolian Islands with the naked eye.
